Following college, Mike and Luke accepted offers with The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company. We often wondered why the focus on service only seemed to exist within the world of hospitality. Investment management firms appeared to have the model precisely backward. The emphasis was placed on firm profitability regardless of client success. We believe our firm’s success is a result of our client’s prosperity.
